Learn to Ride! (Or Learn to Ride BETTER)

To all who need to or know someone who needs to learn to ride (and get licensed) or want to learn to ride better........

RENJ will start taking registrations Monday Jan, 21st.

People that ride but need to ride better, take an ERC (experienced ridercourse)

People who don't ride yet or that do without a license :nopity: , take a BRC (beginners ridercourse).

Details and scheduling on the RENJ.com website.

As of course, I run the Morris county site (CCM, Randolph etc). If I am not at the track, I am usually there on weekends.

Did you actually click the link and read the site? :ohmygod:

http://renj.com/courses.htm

"Your insurance company may offer a discount for the successful completion of either course. Some motorcycle manufacturers and/or owner groups offer some form of rebates upon completion. Make sure you check to take advantage of any benefits available."

Actually they MUST give you a discount BY LAW.
The ERC is considered a Defensive Driver Course and even if your m/c rates aren't discounted, your auto policy will be. Your abstract from MVS will show defensife driver program, it does not specify auto or m/c. It's the one thing that we benifit from both ways :ride:

You need a permit or license to take the BRC.
You need a license and a motorcycle to take the ERC.
You can take either if you are not a NJ resident :ride:

Student Driver 01-25-2008 10:26 PM

Not at CCM. BUT we do have them at our Lynncroft site at Brookdale. We even offer a 2up ERC's. Get 10 or more friends together and get a group rate. Let me know if you sign up, I'll schedule myself to teach it.

All seriousness, stick to coaching...:D

Insurance companies aren't required to GIVE you shit, it's a privilege to drive in this state, so goes insurance along with it. Some companies recognize the discount (Rider) others don't...some companies rates are high, other aren't.

Do you still love me Bobby! :highfive:
