What they do with the headlight?

Ripp53 05-09-2009 07:35 PM

looks good but whats up with the Popeye looking front

John712 05-09-2009 08:53 PM

Who the hell designed that?

JimRBlue 05-10-2009 10:05 AM

An engineer that started with... "I've got an idea... Hold my beer"

High_Revs_17 05-10-2009 05:13 PM

Apparently there was something good in that beer after all...forget the headlight cuz it seems other riders will only have a distant glance at the taillight.

"This new Superbike from BMW weighing only 404 lbs, and putting out 193 hp"

You cant see the headlight when youre tucked in behind the wind screen. Otherwise I'd say BMW finally figured it out. Very nice.

The headlight looks cool. I like the bike overall but why doesnt the side fairing mate up with the upper? looks like lots of air will get caught in there and cause drag or possibly rip the bodywork off...
