Can't get too far ahead of myself with the planning.

Just received the sheriff's final paperwork last week
and will be trying to contact current occupants this week
to hopefully work something out before the sheriff evicts
them on Wednesday May 3 at 10 AM.

Currently imagining a big clean up inside the house as well
as in the garage and pool house/workshop which from the
outside all seem to be full of crap.

Two years from now it'll be well worth the work.

Bathroom that was just redone, should be able to keep it.

Eviction day went as easy as it could, I showed up, they signed a release form saying
that I can throw away any personal property that they left behind instead of storing
it as NJ law requires, and then they left. Sheriff did his walk through looking for dead
bodies or whatever and I changed the locks. Now the big clean up begins, it's a mess.

I'll post some "before" pictures tonight.

Started the pool clean up yesterday:

Currently working on the third 30 cubic yard dumpster.
That'll be it for their garbage, although I still have the interior attic
to clean out. FML :crackup:

Pics from right after the cover removal, frogs were jumping off the thing all over the place. Looking a little better each day. Cover is going right into the dumpster.

Jim - Almost all of their mess is gone, just the attic left to deal with.
You have to check out the shop, big open space, tons of light...I'm loving it.
