It works some, but not a whole hell of a lot. Throw that "CUSTOM" allan key in the garbage and use your own. 10 deci's is hard to tell. but it did lower it some. If your a person who likes a perfect bike like cakes, then dont get it, when you tighten the screws it will leave marks in the exhaust. yes IN the exhaust by the tip. I suggest you drill 2 holes and safety wire the thing in to.
