Sweet, I've always been a big fan of f4i's. good beginner bikes and really no need to upgrade to a bigger bike if u ask me.

It was 100% better,just wish it was a bit warmer out so I could scrub these tires in. I was scared to go hard into the corners since it was cold and new tires

F4i's are sweet! I used to have an '01 back in 04 and 05, it was one of my favorite bikes and took a beating. I still got the bodywork!

Here's a non i version that took 6th in class at a 2 hour ASRA race at Barber in 2006.

I saw your bike when it was on the lift at WCW. Very nice. Clean. Never was a huge fan of the F4I, but yours was the nicest one I think I have seen yet. Where did you end up mounting the plate?

Good looking bike. I have always been a fan of the f4i. It will serve you well on the street or track.

Congrats man, that's a very nice sportbike for your first. Honda did it right with that one for sure, comfortable body position, decent midrange/top end, and a bombproof powerplant. Just keep an eye on the CCT (Cam Chain Tensioner), if you start hearing slight tapping or rattling noise from the motor after 10,000 miles that'll most likely be the culprit, but it's a simple fix. Only other thing to look out for on track days is the somewhat wide bellypan tends to scrape at very low lean angles but it won't upset the bike, most likely just scratch the finish. Anyway good luck with it man, you'll have plenty of time to scrub in those rubbers come Spring time.
