Looking at this again...there is no way he did this by himself...so there is actually other people out there that must have been like,
"Yeah, i'll help you get your bike in the car"

thats probably the best responce in this thread. he wanted to do a track day and he had no other way to get there so he got creative to get there, his funds were probably low to rent something from U-HAUL or any other center alike. no one knows this persons story.

unfortunately i wouldnt have done it, but it is creative.

one of the coaches was shacking the shit out of the bike and it didnt budge a inch so he had it strapped in there real good.

We know that he was bitchin and complaining during lunch that his $1000 dollar paint job was f'ed up because some guy at Beaver lost his drain plug causing him to fall down.

He went on to say that no one should be allowed to do an oil change on their bike the night before a track event and that everyone should be required to be safety wired so that this never happens to him again.

I said in the 1st post he told me his story and it was all lame. Sometimes you just have to NOT GO if you are going to do some lame ass shit like he did. Creative, sure, fracking stupid as all hell, yea! I believe this guy wants to be Omar's best friend.

All you really need for a track day:

You, your wallet, your gear, your bike, and a roll of tape.

And another thing, who rides to jersey to meet up with you guys all the time....And who rides all year round when a lot of the jersey riders put their bikes away for the winter. And the winter for them is october and they dont come out til may:vent: :vent: :vent:

in highschool, i drove around in a 1972 plymouth valiant. my friends' mom was busting his balls to get rid of his motorcycle in her garage. he did not know how to fix it & it just sat in her garage for months. all the bike needed was rear brakes. he had all the parts, just didn't know how to put it together. so to stop his mom from bellyaching - i helped him roll it out to the dumpster on the side of the road.

later that evening i drove my car up to the dumpster & tried to put the bike in the trunk. i couldn't do it. my friend was watching the whole time & finally offered to haul the bike to my house in his pickup truck.

i fixed it up that winter & it became my 1st bike the following spring. on my way to finals that summer, a jeep made an illegal u-turn i t-boned him. going over the hood of his jeep. lol, i was just wearing a t-shirt, jeans & a helmet. bike was totalled. someone bought it that fall and shipped it to haiti.

He clearly has exceeded the 250lbs ANSI weight limit of that ladder! He must be from eastern PA western PA out where my wifes family is from would have converted that car into a pickup truck BEFORE atempting that!

It's all fun and games until the trunk lid rips away from the car and the bike falls off wiping out another motorcycle rider or a family with kids minding their business on the highway. I think the guy was reckless and a poor example of what the club represents. I think he lucked out and would have otherwise gotten more summonses than his country ass could count, if not worse.
After the rider's meeting Saturday, I asked Dennis from RaceDay Photo to please take a few pictures of that abortion. I just could not believe someone would place a bike on a fiberglass ladder, hanging out of the trunk of a passenger car to drive into the Poconos from God only knows where...
We needed to see a shot of that one because it would have been too hard to describe this level of stupidity otherwise. Best part is that he parked this half assed work of art at the front entrance to the pitt so EVERYONE could see the level of stupidity among us.

It's also the same look I give to riders who somehow manage to keep their bike upright after running off the track WFO, supercross thru the dirt while never letting off the gas, then return to the track and continue riding like nothing happened. :ohmygod:
