what you all think of them
i got a savings account at ing with 3.3% and another one with hsbc with 3.75% but i have been looking into CD accounts and 1 year are at around 4.2% 4.3% and the penalty is only 3 months of interest if anything
i have never actuallyplayed around with them so i am looking for some info.

thanks
