Damn, you weren't kidding, you really do need to ride that thing more. :wow: Think of all the gas you'll save too. ;)

I rode for about 2 weeks during the price hike...noticed it then but wasn't to bad...really noticed it yesterday though so I knew I needed to take care of it...

Is the bike on stands? I have an extra pressure gauge and bicycle pump to give ya so you don't pucker coming in too hot on the backroads. ;)

Thats a lil high...guess it depends on specific brand tires too...I like 37/37...any higher and I feel the bike tends to move around more, use more suspension because of hard tires.

Ron @ WCW told me it should be 42, 36 in the front. He put 42 in there and the ride handling appeared to improve, but it could be my imagination.

EDIT: This is on the OEM Michelin Pilot Sports.

I believe it's a matter of getting used to a certain pressure at the track as opposed to the street, but as we both know they are two entirely different animals. I've found from personal experience as well as from those on the street that if they're running any lower than the stock psi the bike feels sluggish in the front and slippery in the rear in the twisties. That's what the suspension's for, let it do it's job, and the tires will do theirs. ;)
