That thing is scary looking!!

the holes on the receiver are more towards the outside not letting the tote slide all the way in.. he bought the receiver from somewhere else, didnt come with the truck..

when i put it together i noticed it was all the way in on mine.. but do you see a potential problem with it being on his?

LEVI - DON'T USE THE MOTO-TOTE!
Your hitch is not rated for the tongue weight!

From the looks of the pic it doesnt fit all the way into the hitch, so I am sure that contributes to the problem as well.

Any word from levi if he made it ok.

I've pitted with a guy who used one, and it wasn't sagging like that. Something is definitely wrong, either it's over the tongue weight like Rob said or it should be all the way in.

it may very well be both.

Levi said the hitch is rated to handle the carrier. I looked on the DrawTite website and can't find anything with a tongue weight over 400lbs for his car. The bike and carrier combined has to be around 525-550 lbs.

I was Levi at WCW, so I know he made it ok. As far as him getting back I cannot attest. Even Ron was like, "Dude did you see that thing..." :roflmao:

:ohmygod: :nono:

By the way Jimmy, thanks again for getting me the chock and trailer mounts instead of auctioning it off at the track. I just bolted everything down... even my trailer can't wait till next season.
Oh you're welcome :roflmao:

I wouldn't trust it, if you plan on using it make sure to look for stress signs such as cracks before each trip.
