Any idea if it will mount to a V nose trailer since the tongue is shorter than normal trailers?

Any idea if it will mount to a V nose trailer since the tongue is shorter than normal trailers?

My V-nose has about 34" of exposed tongue and it'll work on mine. Bars measure about 33" from the center of the ball on the hitch.
