Bought this directly from APE over the winter to replace the noisy and shitty automatic cam chain tensioner (CCT) that Honda likes to use in their bikes. (Anyone who has owned a Honda with an automatic CCT will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.) There's 2 track days worth of use, and less than 400 street miles on this - it's still shiny and basically brand new. The only thing you would need to buy would be the OEM gasket... which costs a whopping $3.64 if you buy it from APE.

(Here's the link to their site for more information: http://www.cbrzone.com/sprockets.html)

Retail on this is $51. I'm only asking $40.
