gixxer error codes?

ok so i am riding into work today and i look down at the speedo and the little and notice the little red light blinking and F1 in teh Temp location..
what doe sthatmean?
BTW the little oil icon thingie did not light up just the flashing red light and F1

I had that and found that my pcIII had the wires rubbed and then it was shorting against the frame. Fixed the wires and running great again.

you got to find the wires under the tail, to put the bike into "DEALER MODE" usually on the left side of the bike. i used a paper clip and touched the 2 together for like 3 or 4 seconds and it will show you the error code. i forgot which ones it is, but i'll look tomorrow and even snap a picture of it for you aswell.
