This is true, but even runners on the sauce are decidedly more "apparent" looking.

Even then still different. If you're "on" and are a runner...your legs will get jacked. If you're "on" and are a racer, you're going to take something to aid in endurance, i.e. Clen. For a racer to even take Clen would be huge to help with endurnace w/o seeing any other noticeable physical signs.
