need some help. Got the wireless router at home. Its from verizon dsl. its a wireless modem thing. computer works fine. tried to connect the Wii wirelssly to it and it dosent work. whats the deal//asked for a password. i dont remeber having a password set up on the wireless. If idid i def forgot it. Plus never had a problem when people with lapops come over they connect just fine

It most likely on a decal on the router. Two codes, I think the 2nd one is the pw.

hmm i kinda remeber that. I will try that. Why would someone using a laptop have noporb but the wii does?

My wii has a lot of problem connecting to even unsecured wireless routers, I don't know what the problem is. It saw my mother-in-laws router but couldn't connect to it. It's also very flaky with my home router too which is secured. Unless it's asking for your login/password, it's probably unsecured.

yeah it never asked for a log in. it finds the router but it cant connect to it. it was green and had a litle unlocked thing next to it.

I know it might be a pain but does it work on a wired connection?

I opted to hardwire our 360 just to avoid wireless issues like this.

Can you play the Wii with other people online? I just got one and haven't even taken it out of the box yet..

when are the wii's supposed to be available again? i never see them at any stores. and i don't want to pay ebay's retail+ prices.

its a mystery. The nintendo store in nyc gets shipments in daily. go on an off day during mid jan and u will get one dont wait fr your local game store

Hey song i saw a couple at walmart in hightstown just this week. For some reason walmart always seems to have them.

Try giving them a call.


Oh on a side note. I'm so loving my xbox360 hooked up to HD playing madden 08. I literally haven't left my house for days since santa brought it to me. :lol:
