Stewarts tonight?

Out of curiousity, is anyone planning on going tonight? I have time off from work and would like to take a trip if anyone is planning on it. I don't want to ride for 3 hours just to hang out with random people I don't know at all, since I can do that here at home.

If yes, what time is everyone planning on getting there so I know roughly when I have to leave. So long as at least one person is planning on going, I'll head down, but if you are a yes, could you please leave me your cell number in a PM so I can give a call when I get there, as I doubt I know more than 2 or 3 faces here.

I should be pretty easy to spot. Orange and black CBR 600 with NY plates :)

Yea I think me and my girl will head over but I'm not sure what time. It will probably be around 6 or so and we can't stay too long. Friends are havin a big bbq at the airport so we'll head over there to eat. I'll be on a yellow and blue 1000RR and she's on a blue F4i.

Not really... I saw 22E in Lebanon in one of the posts and it looks like it's right off of 78... I'll probably take 87 to 287 to 78 to 22 or whatever. I hate to take the highways, but that's NJ for you :)

Just keep your eye out for sudden turn offs to make u-turns on 22 thats about it.....if you fall asleep you will scare yourself.

i WANTED to ride out to stewarts but got dragged into a happyhour after work. it was brutal to sit there & drink while chatting with beautiful young girls; when i could have been out there riding around sweating in my leathers to go out & meet up with ya'll.

i did get a nice surprise when i arrived home, a package i've been waiting for finally arrived. rule #1: never ride a board with with wingtip shoes after happyhour...

Good to meet a new bunch of riders tonight (both Stewarts and LVBP). Hope all got home safe, especially Retom...you were upright when we left you on 206:-) anyway. Yes I'm a dork for getting home creating an account and posting tonight....

Lol, nerd... welcome to the boards. Anyway, I made it home fine. Stopped at the SLoatsburg (however you spell it) rest stop, got myself a cup of coffee and had to chat to 1000 different people while drinking it.

I had a great time meeting a lot of you, most of which I will still not be able to put a name to the face to the board SN, but whatever, you'll get over it.

On a side note, 206 North was a nice little ride. The guy who pumped my gas at the Lukoil (2.92... you basards... that's like 25 cents a gallon cheaper) was trying to ask me how much my pants and jacket cost, but since it was such an odd question and with his accent, it took about 10 tries to figure out what he was saying.

I will have to do that again, though 287 with grooved pavement at 80+ behind an 18-wheeler feels like riding on ballbearings. I got home at about 2, but if I skipped the bar, or just left a little earlier, I can make it home for a good nights rest. Thank god for vacation.

Definately some cool people out tonight, and hopefully some of them will find their way to SBA.
