View Full Version : Remodeled TLR at VIR

I had a great trip to VIR, except for crashing near the end of the day on VIR North, turn #4 (left hander). I lowsided the TLR, and the bike flipped afterwards onto the right side to complete the nightmare.
After speaking with one of the coaches, looks like I had too much lean on the bike, not enough ass off the seat for that particular turn and my left foot peg dug into the pavement and lifted the rear wheel off the ground in the turn. The rest is history. :banghead
Should have been something simple, but looks like the TLR will be down for repairs for a couple of weeks while I get some parts ordered. Good thing is that nothing major is busted from taking a look at it today.

i have a spare peg if u need it... those are woodcrafts, correct?

i have a graves fairingstay too if u cant bend that one back.

i have other misc. parts so just let me know...

Damn, Bikes can always be fixed tho. Sorry to see that but if you walked away that's what counts.
