Bricktown is our little downtown entertainment venue here in Oklahoma City. It's where all the major clubs and party hangouts are. I guess this has been a problem quite a few times. One guy was arrested 3 times within three months of tryin' to pull this trick off. Generally like I said in the video the guy gives you a little parking permit so it seems legit enough, but the last guy that did it I guess had made out a bunch of little permits and was handing them out.
