Doing that alone should have fucked up his contract.

Well, hows this any different than Jeff Gordon not wearing his seatbelt driving to the grocery store?

1. He's one of the best to ever throw a leg over anything on 2 wheels.
2. I dont give a shit what u do, its not my problem.
3. Who are you to tell anyone what to or what not to wear while riding?

and if any of you are going to compare your or anyone you know's ability to ride a motorcycle/scooter agains rossi's you're on crack.

No ones questioning his abilites, but as we know, shit does happen...and an accident isn't going to pass one by just because their name is rossi, gordon, tiger or whoever. With all athletes there are the fine prints wich do not alow them to do alot of crap that would possibly endanger/hinder them to play/perform and fullfilling out their contract.

If I was getting paid millions I would try to abide by my contract as much as possible. Even on a scooter doing 40mph can ruin anyone's day. Sure everyone has a right to wear what they want when they ride, but when your getting paid millions and on that underlying contract your not supposed to do certain things, I would hope they follow it.

He probably just found a loop hole in the contract or something like that! It probably didn't mention anything about wheelies on a scooter. :D

Thats not entirly true, hes binded by a contract and needs to obide by whatever the contract states. Now, of course hes free to make whatever choices he decides, but if his actions go against his contract, he risks everything...again, thats on him so in a sense sure its his life and his money...but his actions can come with a consequence.

There was a basketball player not to long ago that was in a motorcycle accident. Although he was ok, the big stink over the whole thing was that his contract stated something along the lines that he wasn't allowed to ride or some crap, I forget the exact detail...but you get the idea.

It is true, he can do whatever he wants whether that means doing a wheelie and throwing away his contract.

If something happens to him then I'll miss all the fun watching Nicky kick his ass all over the circuit this year.
