I have a house I found and want to rent it. So I am looking for two others to share the expense. It is a great home for motorcycle owners and/or racers. There is an oversized one car garage on the street level and then behind the house there is a recessed basement with a garage door going into it. It is almost like a service shop set up that goes into a currently unfinshed basement with a 1/2 bath. I saw this set up and instantly wanted the place.
It is also on lake and has a very large backyard. It is 3 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 baths. it is very close to the border of lincoln park and highways are close by and easily accesible to rts 23, 287, 46 & 80.
The cost of this will be
Rent: $675
Security Deposit: $1000
Utilities: 1/3rd
