Well here it is for anyone interested. Sunday a few of us are getting together for a ride. We'll meet up at a destination to be determined in a couple of days, maybe Uncle Bucks in Belvidere, or possible Truck stops of America on RT80. We're heading into PA and heading north through some kick-ass roads to Lake Wallenpaulpack, from there, more twisties into NY and heading south through Hawks Nest. The ride should be at least a 200 miler. Meeting time will probably be about 7:00 am and should be back around 1-2 pm. The ride pace on this ride has a tendency to be "swift", but we've never left anyone behind.(well, once, maybe..)
Anyone interestedfeel free to pm,email, or just respond to this thread. Directions to here can be had for the cost of breakfast! You can also call the # below during shop hours for any other info.

280 runs right into 80 or 287 to 80 west. you would need to go 80 west towards the water gap. Can't miss it there are signs further up on 80 for the truck stop.

:sun: yahoo weather is calling for a few showers later in the day and in the high 60's so it looks like it should be a nice morning and early afternoon. So the more delicate of us that were thinking of going should be more at ease. I haven't gone out on a Sunday ride in 3 weeks so lets do this.

you still in?

SPRHK

OK Here we go.

#1 The pace....... our normal pace for any ride is speed limit-5-10 over. This ride consists of MANY twists and turns. However most are "sweepers". We only left 1 person behind on a ride before, and that was on purpose. We also don't ask anyone to try to keep up if we decide to give it a quick blast. We always want you to ride within your limits. It's cool to go fast,.... It's F@#king stupid to ride too fast for your experience and comfort level.

#2 The TA Truckstop is at exit 4 off of RT 80 west. Meeting time is 7:00. We plan to grab a bite to eat there and then hit the road,.............so all you candy-asses who cant be on time, you have a buffer zone.

#3 This ride should be around the 200 ml. mark. It will run us through NJ, PA, NY.
If for some reason you cannot legally drive in any of the three states, please dont show. We will not modify the route for you.

#4 So far, we have approx. 5-7 guys going not including those of you from here.

Any other questions , please post up before 12.00 am. I'll try to answer them for you. If you need directions, contact PH. #, or whatever, just post up.

:ride: it was a good time, 5 guys showed. there was a SUPER HAWK, 2 750 GSXR's, a VALKYRIE and a SV 1000. It ended up to be somewhere around 150 miles. LOTS of windy roads.
