And the duct tape mock up. The color match is close but it's not that noticable.

Nah not yet. I had to stop last night because my little girl was sick. I was with Dremmel in hand read to start chopping when she started crying so I had to put the toys away for the night. Hopefully I'll be able to work on it tonight.

What kind of lights are in the undertail? I know most people love liberteks (sp) or whatever there called. Mine came with basic led's which weren't good enough for riding with other bikes. I ended up stealing xenos's idea and got some nice 3 way visable led blinkers for the back. They mad it a lot better.

You can get the 3 way lights from Omar at Monmouth Cycles. :)

Ok here it is on the bike. All that is left is the wiring to do. I would have finished it but we were supposed to go out last night and when I got out of the shower my wife was sound asleep :banghead: . Oh well lets see what happens tonight.

njf4i I'm not sure about the lights but I was planning on adding another set of signals as well. I just haven't seen anything out there I like. I do have a bunch of LED's from when I had my Katana and was going to re-do the tail lights on that one. We'll see what happens.

I'm also thinking about making a chain guard / plate holder. I kinda want to keep the undertail free of clutter.

Yeah I think it looks a lot cleaner now. Besides I shaved off like a pound of plastic and added a pound of fiberglass so it should be a lot faster.
Also I have to put the SBA sticker on it which Joe said would add another 5 HP.:nod2:
