Waste of $$....I went Lowes, picked up an aluminum door kick plate $15 for a nice 8x36in piece and made a nice little bracket for my GSXR and the NSR (still have a bunch of the aluminum left) and called it a day.

Hmm, do you think with ALL that I have done with tith bike I would leave the old fluid in there? :uh:

That is the color of brand new Motul DOT 5.1. You are not the 1st to say it though!

I was thinking to myself, maybe Bob hasn't gotten to it yet? Or maybe I'm just a product of the old school once again...first the SIPDE, now the brake fluid, I'm 0-2!

So how would you know when to change it on a race bike, after a certain amount of hours used? Cuz is seems you can't judge by the color change.

I change it if the lever feel changes or at least mid season. :)

When the lever hits the grip, its time

I velcro'd my lap timer to my speedometer. No need for me to see speed. I do look at it when I'm riding too. Especially coming out of turns to see if I'm improving through that turn.
