Honda 599
Remindes me a lot of the 747. I'm sure I'd be very happy on this one after all the mods. I'll have to take it out for a test run before I decide.

After: Clip-ons, steering damper, gold valve fork internals, steel lines-HH pads (front), rear-sets, CF slip-on, undertail, chopped grab bar.

I really like the 599. I think it's an awesome choice, but I'm partial to nakeds.

What? No 919? :)

Well...the 599 gets much better fuel mileage for those long 300-400 mile back country rides I always like, the insurance is much cheaper, but most of all I'm not sure I'll be able to handle all that extra power; when I plan on throwing a leg back over I'll be more focused on my skill rather than CC's.

I have one on the floor at work, and yes it is very sexy. The 919 is awesome too, but the only problem I have with both of them is complete lack of wind protection.

I think I'll be able to tuck behind the instrument cluster fairing.

I have seen the 599 in person and it is a nice bike. The only problem I heard from a guy that rides one is the exhaust fumes. The way the pipes stop short of the tail makes a swirl of the fumes. You end up smelling like a pipe at the end of the day.
But hey if its like the good old 747 i say go for it. :)

Hopefully the outward 45 degree angled exhaust tip on the aftermarket pipe I choose will fix that problem.
