All you need is a leaky HD motor and you have an instant chopper. Speed Channel will want to interview you and saggy 60 year-old blonde hags will love you long time.

I think it's lighter than the F2 motor I dropped once, LOL.

Lift brand, no idea, it's a cheapie but it works! :carrot:

I have all winter to do this puppy. Not 2 weeks like with the 929!

OK, basically finished up all I can do right now. Waiting on the revalved forks, shock and tank cover, then the rest of the bodywork can go on. She's a runner!

So no more 929?

If you paint the rest of it silver/black you'll be really fast!

LOL I sold the 929 to a friend, she will be riding at the track in '06. She used to have a Superhawk for the track.

Yes it will get painted soon. Maybe something like this..............

The 929 design was on the 929 LOL

By TPM rules, we have to have a scheme approved (colors, placement, etc). So I am 'somewhat' limited, but here is where it is as of Sun. night.......

Whos responsible for the costs?

CBRBob
01-29-2006, 10:13 PM
Costs? Costs of getting to/from the track? Hotels? Gas? Setting up/tearing down the rig/area? Painting the bike? We do, nothing is 'free'. We do get to ride the day for free, but as you know, it's a working day.

Exactly my point...that would be the day someone else told me my bike had to be certain scheme/color oh and yea, I'd have to pay for it :jerkit:

OK, essentially it's done. I have an HRC linkage to install and then the chassis and engine tuning, but cosmetically, pretty much it.
