Welcome to SBA Igor
Hey guys! All familiar names!
DougZ, Qetesh (and I will not attempt to pronounce it right ;) ), CBRBob, Cakes a.k.a 1qwikSV. Sorry if I missed someone.
Bob, I am OK after the FUSA get off. Not riding for 2.5 months was the worst. After $1200 and countless hours in the hot garage fixing the bikie, it's back to normal - well, with a few scars. I was going :cries:  well, crazy.
Was trying to catch the last track day of the season. Wanted to do the 8th at the Pocono's. Welll, you know the story. 2 hours going there in downpour, the next morning we are informed at the gates that the event was cancelled, and then 2 hour ride back in even worse downpour - didn't stop even once though.
On top of that, the transformer blew in the middle of the night - so electriciy and water went out.
Well, after all, I was just glad to be home safe. There were so many accidents on I-80, I couldn't believe it. Mostly fender-benders, but some more serious. Saw a truck (which I think passed me and the buddy like doing 90, and I thought he was going too fast). Later on, I think it was this truck - went off the road - luckily didn't overturn.
But hey, it was a good practice of riding in the wet - 250 miles. I also learned that duct tape on boots keeps the water out, and helps a lot on gloves, too.
