Just got home from picking this up. It's a former Jordan Suzuki customer bike built by Gemini. The original built motor was dropped and a fresh stock 600 motor put in before the previous owner got it.

From what I've seen so far going through it I can tell that it has the following

Ohlins 25mm carts up front
Ohlins non-TTX shock out back
Ohlins steering damper
Woodcraft covers all around
Woodcraft clip-ons
CRG Supersport clutch perch
Euro Racing quick turn throttle
Vortex rearsets
PC3
Bazzaz QS4
K&N filter
Sharkskinz bodywork
Stock headers with SET valve and servo still in place......these need to go bye-bye
Lazer slip-on exhaust, this also needs to go bye-bye as I can't fit a race belly pan with it. Right now it has a Sharkskinz street bellypan which is open in the back. Waiting on Gemini to see if they have any leftover bellypans, otherwise I'll just get a new one and paint it white.

Took it for a spin up the block and the motor feels good (for a 600, lol) and strong even with the SET and stock exhaust.

Interested to see you transition to the smaller bike but it will be easier to go faster on the 600. Congrats!

As soon as I get over the missing 50 HP I'll be just fine, lol.

I didn't pull the front sprocket cover off yet but it has a 45 tooth rear. Tomorrow is gonna be a shakedown day. See how everything feels, have Metric setup the suspension. See if the brakes feel close enough to what I'm used to otherwise I'll swap my Brembo 19x18 onto it and put the Vesrah SRJL pads I'm used to. Part of that will also be to figure out if the gearing feels right. I don't know off the top of my head what the stock gearing for the K6 600 is. I think it's 16/43.....so if the countershaft is a 15 that should be OK I would guess, I'm running a 190/55 D211 NTEC rear. I never even got up into 5th on my 1000 and I was hitting 160 by the 5 markers.

Updated and done for now ( I think ;) ) just waiting for my numbers for CCS to come in, if the rain subsides I'm taking it to Xtreme tomorrow to get dyno tuned

oh and btw Joe, it has 16/45 gearing. When I get a new driveline I'll probably drop 1 tooth up front as I don't need it this tall

- Ohlins 25mm carts (K6 1000 forks for the time being)
- Ohlins SU647 (non-TTX) shock
- Sharkskinz bodywork, can't tell unless you're close but all the paint has light blue pearl flake in the clear
- Woodcraft clip-ons
- Euro Racing quick throttle (1/6 turn)
- CRG Supersport clutch perch/lever
- Pazzo brake lever (might switch this out to a Brembo 19x18 later)
- clutch switch is bypassed, that is what that button on the left bar is
- Yoshimura full titantium R-55 exhaust
- Factory Pro v-stacks
- K&N air filter
- Bazzaz ZFI-TC
- Bazzaz map select/TC trim switch
- GSXRTUNE unlocked ECU
- Vortex rearsets
- Woodcraft covers
- Lightech keyless gas cap
- Evotech sliders
- Puig windscreen

AM #478 :)

Going to do Lightning on 9/5, that will be my first chance to ride it since tinkering around with it (and only the 2nd time I've ridden it at all...I also swapped the shock spring from a 90 to a 100, dropped the forks about 11mm, and lengthened the shock to 323mm). Need all the seat time I can get that day so I'll probably do the GP Moto 600 and 1000 races.

Then CCS is that following weekend, so that will be my first RACE race.
